1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:
A. Demo PDF
- Refunds are not available once the PDF has been generated or delivered.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours if not yet delivered.
- After delivery, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
B. Personalized Industry Automation
- Refunds are eligible only if requested before the personalized deliverable is created or shared.
- Once the personalized output is delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
C. Custom Automation Projects
- Refund terms for custom projects are handled case-by-case as per written agreement between you and Logynx AutomationAI.
2. Refund of Fees
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note:
- Payment gateway or platform charges (e.g., Razorpay fees and applicable taxes) are non-refundable.
- These transaction fees are retained by the payment processor and are not received by Logynx AutomationAI.
- Only the net amount received by Logynx AutomationAI is eligible for refund.
- Applicable gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount to cover these platform and transaction charges.
3. Timeline for Refunds
Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account after the refund is processed. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
